You control a paddle at the bottom of the screen, bouncing a glowing ball up into a wall of 56 colorful bricks arranged in seven rainbow rows. Your paddle sits at the bottom of the arena, and the ball starts out stuck on top of it. Launch the ball up into the brick wall, then keep it in play by bouncing it back with your paddle. Each brick takes just one hit to destroy, but the ball speeds up slightly with every paddle strike, so the longer you survive the quicker the action gets. You have three lives: let the ball slip past your paddle and you lose one. Clear all 56 bricks to win the round.
Desktop: arrow keys or A/D to move the paddle, the mouse to steer it directly, Space to launch the ball (and pause mid-game), or P to pause.
Mobile: drag anywhere on the canvas to move the paddle, and tap to launch the ball whenever it's stuck.
Bricks are worth points by color: the top purple row pays 5 points, the blue and cyan rows pay 3, the green and yellow rows pay 2, and the bottom orange and red rows pay 1. Chain hits together to build a combo — every third brick you smash in a row multiplies your points. Let the ball make contact without destroying a brick and your combo resets to zero.
